You will maintain, upgrade, and manage our software, hardware, and networks to ensure smooth IT operations. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a System Administrator or Network Administrator.
• Experience with databases, networks (LAN/WAN) and patch management.
• Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery.
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Systems AdministratorCMI Group is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill an on-site Systems Administrator role in Phoenix, AZ. We are looking for a System Administrator to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks. Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users. Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

Location: 3617 E. La Salle St. Phoenix, AZ 85040Full time, day shift.

Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status is required.

Responsibilities

• Manager user ticket systemInstall and configure software and hardware.
• Fortinet and Aruba are a plus.
• Manage network servers and technology tools
