Job summary

Lentech, Inc. seeks an experienced Systems Architect/SA to support IT systems across DoD programs. Candidates must hold an active TS.SCI w/ FSP through MD and have 10 years of SA experience in similar contracts.

DoD 8570 IAT Level I+ is required, with hands-on DevOps and AWS skills to optimize operations. Responsibilities include implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT systems, managing infrastructure, and delivering Tier 1–2 support.

Qualifications

• Active TS.SCI w/ FSP through MD required.
• 10 years’ SA experience in programs/contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• DoD 8570 compliance with IAT Level I or higher required.
• Experience with DevOps, AWS.

• DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Technical (IAT), Level I or higher.
• Experience with Devops, AWS
• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems.
• Manage daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems.
• Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems.
• Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
• Optimize system operations and resource utilization; perform capacity analysis and planning.
• Provide in‑depth troubleshooting experience.
• Provide detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers for escalated tickets.
• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows (or other applicable) operating systems; install/load OS software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity, and configure network components; implement OS enhancements.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Technical (IAT), Level I or higher is required.

The proposed salary range for this position is: $156,262.00 - $166,882.00.
