Note: This is not an entry-level position. Candidates should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in an IT support environment, preferably within an MSP.

The Systems Administrator is responsible for supporting a diverse range of clients and systems predominantly remotely. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are as important as technical expertise. The ideal candidate will be motivated to embrace new challenges and expand their technical knowledge. This role offers exposure to various environments and systems, providing ample growth opportunities.

Travel Requirements: 15% - Mainly out-of-state clients with occasional visits to local clients.

Candidate Criteria:

• Exceptional communication skills (written and oral)
• Serve as the final escalation point for critical and complex issues
• Proven troubleshooting experience with hardware and software problems
• Ability to work with and troubleshoot unfamiliar software
• Quickly adapt to new, complex environments for diagnosis and troubleshooting
