Job Description

To help continue our rapid growth and solve our clients’ toughest problems, we need a Systems Administrator to join the team. If you love to solve problems and add value, please consider what your typical days might look like…

  1. You will deliver assigned operational and project commitments to clients, utilizing the entire client team as necessary and as agreed with the Client Team Lead.
  2. You will provide excellent support to our clients, exceeding their expectations.
  3. You will escalate customer support issues appropriately, communicating critical information and confirming acceptance of the escalation.
  4. You will manage the integrity and security of clients’ data, servers, devices, and software, supporting database servers, application servers, and storage systems.
  5. You will manage clients’ primary internal systems, including email and file sharing.
  6. You will implement and maintain Remote Access Systems (VPN, RDS, Citrix, VMware).
  7. You will manage and maintain phone systems as needed (Cisco, Avaya, VOIP, Digital).
  8. You will oversee security administration, ensuring all machines are protected and updated with Endpoint Security, Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam, Anti-Spyware, etc.
  9. You will maintain domain policies, DNS, DHCP, and other integrated systems.
  10. You will keep client documentation up-to-date, including help desk tickets with detailed notes and time records.
  11. You will collaborate with team members to meet client needs effectively.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience as a Systems Administrator.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Microsoft Associate Level Certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Technical Skills:

  • Servers: Active Directory, Domain, SSL Certificates, Backups, Antivirus.
  • Network: Firewalls, Switches, Wireless, Voice, DHCP, TCP/IP, DNS, Routing.
  • Computers: Replacement, printer installs.
  • Applications: Office 365, SharePoint.
  • Service Metrics: CSAT Scores, SLA Ratings.
