Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Business Systems Administrator to build integrations, automate processes, and develop apps and reporting tools across operations, sales, finance, customer service, and IT. The role focuses on connecting systems, reducing manual work, and enabling access to business data from Camarillo, CA.

The position requires strong SQL, experience with Python/C#/JavaScript, and API integration skills. Preference for Power BI, SAP B1/HANA, and CRM integrations. Fully onsite in Camarillo.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development, systems integration, or automation experience.
• Strong SQL experience.
• Experience with Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
• Experience developing or working with APIs and system integrations.
• Experience with databases, ERP systems, and business workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently take projects from requirements through implementation.

Responsibilities

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $155000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. ligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
