Actalent in Camarillo, CA is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business systems. You will oversee internal IT resources and external MSPs, ensuring secure, reliable technology aligned with business goals.

You will manage projects, budgets, and vendor relationships, drive technology planning, and mentor IT staff while partnering with business teams to improve processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT.
• 5+ years IT experience including infrastructure and operations.
• Experience managing IT projects, vendors, MSPs, and/or technical personnel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, networks, servers, endpoints, cloud services, telecommunications, and enterprise applications.
• Manage IT service requests, escalations, system availability, and performance.
• Lead infrastructure upgrades, technology deployments, and system lifecycle management.
• Maintain disaster recovery, backup, business continuity, asset management, and system documentation.
• Lead cybersecurity initiatives, including access controls, MFA, endpoint protection, vulnerability remediation, and security policies.
• Support cybersecurity and regulatory requirements including NIST 800-171, CMMC, and CUI .
• Maintain and test Incident Response and Business Continuity Plans.
• Oversee business-critical applications including SAP Business One, Microsoft 365, Zendesk, and related platforms .
• Manage MSPs, technology vendors, contracts, licensing, service levels, and escalations.
• Lead IT projects, budgets, schedules, and technology planning.
• Supervise and develop internal IT personnel.
• Partner with business teams to identify technology needs and improve systems and processes.

IT Manager We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, business systems, and technology planning. This position will oversee internal IT resources and external managed service providers (MSPs), ensuring reliable and secure technology operations while supporting continued business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive IT experience, including systems administration and infrastructure support.
• Experience managing IT projects, vendors, MSPs, and/or technical personnel.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, networking, cloud infrastructure, identity management, and cybersecurity .
• Experience with backup systems, disaster recovery, and IT service management.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and business application support.
• Strong troubleshooting, leadership, project management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within manufacturing, distribution, or a similar mid-sized business environment.
• Experience with SAP Business One .
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or SAP HANA .
• Knowledge of NIST 800-171, CMMC, CUI, and cybersecurity compliance .
• CISSP, CISM, Security+, ITIL, or related certifications.
• Experience managing IT budgets and MSP relationships.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Camarillo, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $180000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
