Job summary

Inceed is partnering with a great company to hire a Systems Administrator Lead to join their team. This role focuses on designing, securing, and modernizing critical on-premises and cloud environments while partnering with IT leadership.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in IT infrastructure, strong Azure and Microsoft 365 experience, and a track record guiding cloud transformations, governance, and security. You will mentor staff and drive architecture documentation and SOX/ITIL compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT infrastructure and systems administration experience.
• Strong experience with Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments.
• Knowledge of virtualization, storage, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Experience with infrastructure security and Zero Trust principles.
• Ability to develop standards, roadmaps, and governance processes.
• Familiarity with SOX compliance and ITIL service management.

Compensation: $122,000 - $152,000 annually, depending on experience

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced infrastructure professional to play a key role in shaping enterprise systems strategy. In this position, you will support the design, security, and modernization of critical on-premises and cloud environments while partnering closely with IT leadership and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead enterprise infrastructure design and lifecycle management
