Qualifications

• Active graduate student in mathematics, statistics, computer science, physics, economics, or related quantitative discipline.
• Fluency in English with working knowledge of another Bank language is a plus.
• Strong analytical and coding abilities in quantitative disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Systemic Risk Group to develop and research systemic risk indicators and stress-testing tools.
• Conduct research using NLP-based quantitative text analysis to build early-warning indicators and probabilistic forecasts.
• Develop automated data processing and reporting solutions.
• Prepare presentations and documentation on findings and solutions.
• Collaborate on other risk management activities as needed.
