You will partner with executives, clinicians, educators, and frontline staff to translate priorities into scalable learning solutions that improve clinical quality, patient safety, staff readiness and retention while reducing onboarding inefficiencies and regulatory

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in nursing or related field.
• 5 years of recent clinical, educational, or nursing leadership experience.
• 3+ years of NPD or nursing education experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• System Education Strategy, Governance, and Design leads system-wide education strategy, frameworks, and governance across entities.
• Program Development and Standardization designs and improves system-level education programs to ensure compliance and reduce duplication.
• Competency Management & Practice Alignment oversees competency programs and validation processes.
• Quality Outcomes, Measurement, and Continuous Learning establishes KPIs and dashboards to drive data-informed decisions.
• Professional Leadership & Role Development advances education and practice at a system level.
