Job summary

Luxoft seeks a System Test Engineer in Troy, MI to drive validation across system and architecture requirements. You will elicit KPIs, plan test coverage, specify test cases, and ensure accurate test results aligned with releases.

You will manage test environments, execute tests, and report status to the Test Lead and project teams. The role requires LabVIEW/TestStand proficiency, strong programming skills (C++, Java, Python), and experience with automotive electronics and ISOTS16949/ASPICE

Qualifications

• BS Engineering Degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years test engineering experience.
• Proficient in LabVIEW or TestStand.
• Proficient in programming languages Java, Python, C++.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements and KPIs; define test coverage for system and architecture.
• Specify test cases following test strategies and create test plans.
• Set up and validate test environments; execute tests and report results.
• Communicate with test lead and project manager; ensure consistency of results.
• Lead validation activities, manage resources and logistics, and drive improvements.
