Job summary

Bose Corporation is hiring for a Test Automation Architect – Automotive Software & Systems Validation in Bloomfield Hills, MI. You will lead the automated test strategy across embedded software and HIL environments, shaping global test standards and governance while partnering with software, hardware, and quality teams.

Responsibilities include designing AI-assisted automation frameworks, defining HIL architectures, and ensuring traceability to ASPICE and customer audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience architecting test automation solutions for embedded or complex systems.
• Hands-on expertise with automotive HIL systems and system-level validation.
• Strong programming skills in Python (essential).
• Experience working with global, cross-functional automotive engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the global end-to-end automotive test automation strategy across unit, integration, SIL, HIL, and system-level testing.
• Architect scalable, reusable, and AI-assisted automation frameworks aligned with platform roadmaps and multi-customer programs.
• Drive standardization of test tools, infrastructure, governance models, and automation best practices across global teams.
• Ensure optimal balance between test coverage, execution time, cost, and long-term maintainability.
• Review and align regional test strategies with global architectural direction.
