Job summary

Ta Instruments is seeking a hands-on R&D Test Engineering Manager in Delaware to lead the testing and validation of hardware and software products. The successful candidate will oversee system integration testing and ensure quality, reliability, and performance of products before release.

You will work closely with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing teams, manage a team of engineers, and continuously improve testing processes. A background in engineering with 5+ years' experience in system validation is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in system test, verification & validation in R&D.
• 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven track record of leading system integration testing.

• Coordinate hardware, firmware, and software integration testing.
