Qualifications

• 5+ years in system test, verification & validation within an R&D environment.
• 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven track record in system integration testing for hardware, firmware, and software.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans, procedures, and reports to meet design specs and customer requirements.
• Coordinate hardware, firmware, and software integration testing across subsystems.
• Establish automated and manual test environments and tools for regression testing.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Field Support.
