Job summary

PCS is seeking an experienced engineering leader to sustain and support datacenter products in the Bay Area. The role requires 6+ years in post-silicon validation and hands-on Python and Bash, plus 2+ years of technical leadership and project management.

You will drive manufacturing test improvements, own test strategies, and coordinate cross-functional teams to sustain product quality from design to deployment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with post silicon validation for board or system products.
• 2+ years of management experience or leading technical teams and projects.
• BS Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with manufacturing from chip to system.

Responsibilities

• Lead sustaining engineering for datacenter and system products across lifecycles.
• Improve manufacturing test methods, diagnostics, and production processes to raise yield, efficiency, and quality.
• Investigate field and customer issues; perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Own sustaining test strategies and maintain test fixtures and diagnostics.
• Collaborate with design, validation, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and operations to resolve issues.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers supporting multiple products.
