Job summary

Programm ers.io is seeking a detail-oriented System Test Engineer with strong Python skills to join our engineering team in Santa Clara, CA on-site. You will own end-to-end testing of our core systems, and develop robust automation scripts to improve reliability before release.

Requirements include 8+ years in software QA or system testing, expertise in Python testing libraries, and experience with Git/GitHub, Docker, and REST APIs. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance or system testing.
• Strong proficiency in Python scripting and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Experience with Python testing libraries such as pytest or unittest.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control, Docker for containerized test environments, and REST APIs (Postman/Requests).
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.
