Job summary

Erias Ventures in Maryland is seeking a test engineer to design and execute automated tests for complex systems, analyzing large data sets and producing clear results. You will craft test plans and documentation, build lab environments, and contribute to R&D through rigorous verification practices.

Required are strong Python skills, experience with CI tools, and the ability to adapt testing across diverse hardware platforms.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience as a test engineer developing or executing tests on complex systems.
• Strong Python experience and regex-based data analysis.
• Ability to develop/build/test multiple lab environments with telephony/network hardware.
• Experience creating test plans, RVTMs, and test summary reports.
• Ability to manage discrepancy reports identified during testing.

Responsibilities

• Test software using formal automated methods across telephony/network hardware.
• Generate test cases from defined requirements and product functionality.
• Perform baseline, system, and regression testing in R&D.
• Analyze large log datasets and document results clearly.
