This role is focused on Mechanical Product Verification & Validation (V&V). You will be responsible for developing and executing system-level mechanical testing strategies to ensure our physical products meet the highest safety, reliability, and quality standards before reaching patients.

Your Responsibilities

  • Requirements & Technical Review: Analyze product requirements for testability, conduct formal technical and design review meetings, and provide weekly project status updates.
  • Defect Management & Analysis: Identify, log, document, and track defects through resolution via defect review boards; perform regression analysis to evaluate testing needs driven by design changes.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent engineering discipline).
  • Mechanical V&V Expertise: Hands‑on experience developing and executing mechanical product verification and validation protocols in medical devices or a regulated industry.
  • Quality & Test Standards: Proven experience with Test Method Validation (TMV), Design of Experiments (DOE), and Gage R&R studies.
  • Documentation Skills: Demonstrable success creating Test Plans, Test Procedures, RTMs, and Test Reports.
  • Analytical Problem Solving: Strong defect tracking, regression analysis, and cross‑functional team collaboration skills.
Nice to have, not required:
  • Working knowledge of MATLAB, Matlab, minitab, and labview for test analysis and data processing.
