Kratos is seeking a System Test Engineer to join an exciting team of test engineers that will be shaping the future of a growing spacecraft ground system solution. The successful candidate will support testing of both new and existing applications for the Command and Control Systems - Consolidated (CCS-C) ground system as part of the CSAR program. The candidate will play a critical role in a fast-paced, agile, software development environment, providing quality solutions in support of the warfighter.
The qualified candidate will be part of a team responsible for testing COTS applications, custom software, and satellite-specific data products in an integrated environment for the latest evolution in satellite ground systems. Applications are hosted on Oracle Linux platforms, which serve as virtual machines. Primary responsibilities include preparing and executing formal acceptance tests, evaluating software maintenance changes, collaborating with developers and integrators to determine validation and regression tests, and communicating test status effectively. Application of software configuration management practices is crucial. Supporting the on-site technical advisory team with user acceptance testing and problem diagnosis is also part of the role.
Applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $107,000, based on experience and education.
