Experience Level: Experienced (Non‑Manager)

Exemption: Non‑Exempt

Responsibilities

• Physically installing field cabling and field equipment
• Some system programming
• Project activation and commissioning

Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience installing and maintaining:
  • Electronic access control systems
  • IP‑Based video management systems
• Networking and IT knowledge
• Superior problem‑solving and communication skills
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with local electronic security codes and industry standards
• Understanding and ability to work safely in a chemical plant environment
• Experience with Microsoft products such as Outlook, Work, Excel, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

• Access Control System Vendor Certifications in Software House, Genetec, ProWatch, and/or Lenel or similar
• Video Management System Vendor Certifications in Genetec, OnSSI, MaxPro, and/or Milestone or similar
• Intrusion Detection System Vendor Certifications in Senstar/Optellios, and/or FFT
• Experience in computer operating systems, network design, and implementation
• TWIC Cardholder
