Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolve and log IT support emails.
• Respond to and resolve IT issues over the phone.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop PCs and mobile devices; install OS and apps.
• Perform routine maintenance and data recovery.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues; install antivirus software and spyware removal as needed.
• Configure and troubleshoot printers and network devices.
• Manage warehouse software accounts and domain/AD accounts; link shared folders.
• Maintain asset inventory and orderly work area; assist with other duties as assigned.

With equipment reaching heights exceeding 30 feet, our dedicated mission is to resolve all technical issues promptly, ensuring uninterrupted warehouse operations at all times.

Job Summary:

Job Title: System Support Technician Pay Rate: $20.00-$21.00/HR Schedule: 1st shift, AM Shift Benefits: Dental, Medical, AD&D

Job Summary/Duties:

Resolve and log emails sent to IT support. Respond and resolve IT related issues over the phone. Setup, maintain, troubleshoot company mobile phones Desktop and laptop PCs:Installation of operating system and user applicationsRoutine maintenanceData recoveryTroubleshoot hardware and software issuesImplement anti-virus software and use for virus and spyware removal as needed Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot printers of all types including laser, thermal, and impact. Resolve any Microsoft imbedded OS configuration issuesResolve any mobile and wireless devices.Setup, configure, and troubleshoot network devices and infrastructureProcess approved "I.T Request" forms which could include:Creating new user accounts for warehouse softwareCreating new domain/AD accountsCreate and link shared foldersRelocating users and hardware within the facilityChanging users access within warehouse softwareMaintain a clean, neat, organized work area at all times.Updating equipment inventory and maintain assets.Other duties as assigned.

Minimal Requirements
