The AMES Companies, Inc. is seeking a System Support Analyst to join our Reno facility. You’ll join a help desk team focusing on ServiceNow tickets, network gear, and device installation.
You will support printers, barcode equipment, and computers across the location and assist other sites as needed. The role requires 6+ years in system support, an Associate’s Degree, and strong knowledge of O365, Azure, Active Directory, networking, and Windows Server.

You will be working at out Reno, Nevada facility.
As the System Support Analyst, you will be part of a help desk team concentrating on needs in our Lake Nona Corporate Headquarters. You will work on ServiceNow request tickets and incidents. There will be a concentration of handling network and equipment installation and problem solving. You will be responsible for all equipment in the facility, printers, computers, barcode equipment. You will also support other locations with their requests and incidents.

This position is located primarily in an office environment. At times the associate is required to sit for long periods of time.
