Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a Systems Technician I in Austin, TX to support construction projects onsite. You will coordinate materials, assist subcontractors, and validate control systems through commissioning and testing while troubleshooting, loading databases, and tuning systems.

You will also help create graphic interfaces and contribute to project documentation while communicating with internal and external teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate degree in related fields (EE, EET, Computer Science, ME, HVAC), or related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and customer skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, Word, Excel, Visio, Project, Access, Power Point.
• Basic understanding of networks.
• Good conceptual aptitude and interest in Building Automation (HVAC, Access Control, CCTV, or related systems).
• Product or Industry knowledge is highly desired.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 54,400 - USD 81,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
