Job summary

PeopleTec, Inc. in Huntsville, AL is seeking a System Security Engineer AT and SCRM to safeguard hardware, firmware and microelectronics across the lifecycle. You will lead anti-tamper plans, assess supply chain risks, and present security findings to the Chief Engineer and senior stakeholders.

Requirements include 5+ years in anti-tamper/SCRM, DoD directives knowledge, strong communication, and U.S. citizenship with an active DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in anti-tamper and SCRM in defense or aerospace.
• Knowledge of DoD directives and security standards (e.g., DoD 5200.47E, 5200.44, NIST SP 800-161).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• U.S. Citizenship with an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide security engineering in anti-tamper and SCRM across the system lifecycle.
• Advise on AT architectures and countermeasures among manufacturers and suppliers.
• Develop and implement PPP and ATP aligned with DoD requirements.
• Implement SCRM protocols for critical components and trusted suppliers.
• Coordinate with DoD and external organizations for milestone reviews and testing.
• Prepare anti-tamper and SCRM findings and improvement plans for senior management.
