Qualifications

• You will support Integrated Program Teams through all life-cycle phases: requirements formation, development, production, manufacturing, testing, fleet deployment, and system disposal.
• Provide technical direction for system safety engineering in air and sea applications.
• Attend conferences, working groups, and technical meetings at other government activities or contractor facilities.
• Manage the system safety program by creating and tailoring system safety requirements for developing new specifications and modifying aircraft equipment.
• Interpret test results and brief flight and ground test personnel on project safety plans and outcomes.
• Ensure approved budget and expenditures comply with existing regulations and are not exceeded.
