Job Description

• Perform technical execution, risk management, and requirements management for new product development.
• Analyze customer flow-down requirements, assess feasibility, and develop technical solutions including test strategies and architectures.
• Develop system documentation such as requirements, interface control documents, hardware and software specifications, and certification documents.
• Design and develop test cases/scripts and perform testing, including hardware verification for DO-254 compliance.
• Develop and maintain covariance analysis tests for performance verification and software development support.
• Maintain automated hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) and desktop simulation test frameworks.
• Update project schedules and monitor development progress from a systems engineering perspective.
• Manage stakeholder needs and develop estimates for system development, including risk, opportunities, and technical baselines.
• Identify and implement cost, schedule, and technical efficiencies.
