Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton in Arlington, VA seeks a System Requirements Analyst to join the requirements team and manage end-to-end configuration for DoD systems. You will elicit, document, analyze, and test requirements, and develop use cases to support system capabilities.

You will also draft briefs and present analyses to team members, while identifying gaps in existing systems and documenting solutions. A strong emphasis on clear communication and collaboration is required.

You Have:

• 2+ years of experience working in a team environment
• 1+ years of experience with the DoW
• 1+ years of experience with supporting eliciting, analyzing, or tracking functional requirements
• Experience in Microsoft Office
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

• Experience with interfacing with clients through varied methods, including in-person
• Experience with developing briefs and presentations
• Possession of excellent writing skills
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
• Possession of excellent time and task management skills

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
