Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in a Clinical Laboratory in New York State.
• At least five years of licensed technologist laboratory experience.
• Vision requirements: use of both eyes, depth perception, and ability to distinguish colors.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing development and optimization of quality and safety processes.
• Generate annual and continuous laboratory quality improvement plans.
• Design audits and tools to capture audit data.
• Coordinate inspection and accreditation activities.
