Innova Solutions is seeking a System Quality Assurance Analyst in Charlotte, NC, to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks. The role focuses on transitioning manual tests to automation while supporting robust UAT and defect tracking.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience with Selenium, Playwright, Tricentis, Tosca, ALM, and Octane, plus strong collaboration with business partners and development teams to ensure quality releases.

Qualifications

• Significant experience developing automated test scripts.
• Strong experience with Selenium, Playwright, Tricentis, Tosca, ALM, Octane.
• Experience executing UAT testing and supporting business validation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to transition manual testing into automated solutions.
• Perform comprehensive UAT testing, including planning, execution, validation and defect tracking.
• Partner with business stakeholders to validate requirements and outcomes.
• Execute both manual and automated test cases across multiple applications and platforms.
• Support end-to-end testing throughout the SDLC.
• Document test scenarios, test cases, defects, and test results.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to ensure high-quality releases.
• Contribute to testing transformation by improving automation coverage while maintaining UAT support.
