Job summary

Judge Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced QA Automation & UAT Tester to support a large-scale testing transformation within a Commercial Banking environment. You will blend hands-on Tosca automation with UAT, validation, and defect management across multiple applications.

The role requires Tosca expertise, strong Hogan systems knowledge, and the ability to translate business requirements into robust test scenarios while delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Systems Quality Assurance, software testing, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 4 years of hands-on UAT testing experience, preferably in Commercial Banking applications or processes.
• 3 to 4 years of significant hands-on experience developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca.
• Experience converting manual test cases and testing processes into automated solutions.
• Experience with QA methodologies, test planning, test execution, defect management, and test reporting.
• Experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into manual and automated test scenarios.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Hogan systems and related testing.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and consistently deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to partner effectively with business, development, and QA teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca.
• Identify opportunities to convert manual testing processes into maintainable automated test solutions.
• Perform end-to-end UAT activities, including test planning, test case development, execution, validation, and defect tracking.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios and test cases.
• Execute manual and automated testing across multiple applications and platforms.
• Partner with business stakeholders to validate requirements, workflows, and expected outcomes.
• Manage and document defects, test results, test evidence, and other testing artifacts.
• Support end-to-end testing throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with development, QA, product, and business teams to support high-quality releases.
• Contribute to testing transformation initiatives by increasing automation coverage and improving testing processes.
• Consult on complex Systems Quality Assurance initiatives involving multiple applications, stakeholders, and business requirements.

Job description

Location: Charlotte, NC Salary: $60.00 USD Hourly – $65.00 USD Hourly Description:

We are not accepting C2C or 1099 arrangements.

Location: Charlotte, NC

Work Model: Onsite, 5 days per week initially, with potential future flexibility for 2 to 3 remote days per week

Contract Duration: 6 months, with potential for extension

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced QA Automation & UAT Tester to support a large-scale testing transformation initiative within a Commercial Banking environment.

In this role, you will combine hands‑on test automation expertise with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), helping improve automation coverage while ensuring applications and business processes meet functional and quality expectations.

This is not a pure Automation Engineer position. The successful candidate will be comfortable developing and maintaining automated test solutions while also performing hands‑on UAT, business validation, test execution, defect management, and test documentation.

Hands‑on Tricentis Tosca experience is required. Candidates must be able to discuss specific projects where they have used Tosca and clearly explain their level of proficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Systems Quality Assurance, software testing, or a related discipline
• 3 to 4 years of hands‑on UAT testing experience, preferably supporting Commercial Banking applications or processes
• 3 to 4 years of significant hands‑on experience developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca
• Experience converting manual test cases and testing processes into automated solutions
• Experience with QA methodologies, test planning, test execution, defect management, and test reporting
• Experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into manual and automated test scenarios

Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is a well‑rounded QA professional who can effectively bridge test automation and UAT.

You should be able to demonstrate substantial hands‑on experience with Tricentis Tosca, including discussing the projects where you used it, what you personally developed or maintained, and your overall proficiency with the platform.

Strong Hogan knowledge is also important for this position, and prior ATM application testing experience is highly desirable.
