Job summary

Bosch USA is seeking a System Project Lead to manage steering system projects across conventional, driver-assistance, and automated-driving domains. You will coordinate systems, software, hardware, and safety teams while engaging customers as the technical lead for project execution.

You will drive requirements, validation, and release activities, and oversee system-level demonstrations and risk analyses. Occasional travel is expected to 15–20% to domestic and international sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive or commercial vehicle product development or systems engineering.
• Experience with vehicle systems test, release, and validation activities.
• Familiarity with systems engineering methodologies and requirements practices.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to global teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and align customer requirements across System, Software, Hardware, and Safety domains.
• Coordinate technical activities to deliver integrated steering-system solutions.
• Translate customer requirements into system requirements and manage traceability.
• Lead technical discussions with customers on steering system interfaces and performance.
• Plan, schedule, and track demonstrations, builds, and retrofits across teams.
• Manage system-level risk analyses and support safety concepts and documentation.
