Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive/commercial vehicle product development or related technical roles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical priorities in an organized manner.
• Strong written and verbal communication to global teams and customers.
• Experience with systems engineering methodologies and requirements engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical integration across System, Software, Hardware, Functional Safety, Cybersecurity, and other disciplines.
• Coordinate technical activities to deliver an integrated steering system solution.
• Translate customer requirements into system requirements and ensure traceability.
• Manage system-level validation and release of steering systems for various applications.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships as the technical lead for assigned projects.
• Drive cross-functional issue resolution, risk management, and open points closure.
• Ensure development, validation, and delivery follow ISO 26262, ASPICE, IATF 16949, and cybersecurity processes.
• Plan and execute demonstration builds and retrofits across vehicle platforms.
• Coordinate with global locations, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders; travel 15–20%.
