Base pay range

$140,000.00/yr - $230,000.00/yr

A fast-growing semiconductor company delivering secure, high-performance microelectronics is hiring a Senior SoC Design Engineer. Join a team building mission-critical systems for defense and commercial applications. While Columbus, OH is preferred, remote work is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement SoC micro-architecture and block-level RTL designs
• Integrate third-party IPs and contribute across the SoC design flow
• Perform logic synthesis, timing analysis, Lint, CDC, and DFT checks
• Support chip-level debug, silicon bring-up, and ECOs
• Collaborate on FPGA modeling and system-level validation

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in SoC design (relevant academic work considered)
• Proficient in SystemVerilog/Verilog, synthesis, and static timing analysis
• Experience with bus protocols (AXI/AMBA/TileLink), PCIe, DDR, and RISC-V
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Tcl, etc.) and EDA tools
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Bonus:

• Experience with CHISEL or asynchronous logic design
