Job summary

Analog Devices’ High Voltage & Protection team is seeking a Systems Integration Engineer to support the development of next-generation data center power delivery solutions. You will work with power electronics, thermal, mechanical, systems, and reliability engineers to design, integrate, and validate high-density power supply systems for AI and cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • MS or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years in mechanical design, thermal management and system integration.
  • Experience with CAD tools Creo, SolidWorks, NX or CATIA.
  • Thermal simulations/CFD for electronics cooling.
  • Knowledge of high-current power distribution: busbars, grounding, creepage.

Responsibilities

  • Design and integrate mechanical subsystems for high voltage power platforms.
  • Own enclosure and structural design activities including sheet metal, die-cast, machined parts.
  • Develop thermal solutions for high-power electronic systems (air/liquid cooling, cold plates).
  • Perform thermal simulations and airflow analysis to optimize cooling and reliability.
  • Collaborate with electrical teams to optimize mechanical packaging of components.
  • Create and execute validation plans for thermal, mechanical, vibration and environmental tests.
  • Support prototype builds and root-cause analysis of issues.
  • Work with manufacturers to develop production-ready mechanical solutions.
  • Document architecture, analyses, simulations, test results, and lessons learned.
