Job summary

INTEGRIS Health in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a Day shift, full-time System Manager of Social Work to lead hospital-wide social work services and programs.

The role focuses on strategic oversight, staff supervision, program development, and ensuring high-quality, compliant patient-centered care across inpatient and post-discharge settings.

Qualified candidates will have MSW, LCSW, 5+ years of leadership in health care, and a track record in reducing readmissions and improving transitions.

Qualifications

• MSW degree required; LCSW licensure in Oklahoma preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical social work experience with leadership.
• Experience in hospital settings and care transitions a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee social work services across the hospital system.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate social work programs.
• Supervise and mentor social work staff.
• Improve LOS and care transitions; coordinate with care teams.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and Joint Commission.
• Drive quality improvement and patient satisfaction.
