Qualifications

• Self-motivated with strong technical and communication skills.
• Experience with Power/Speed/Noise/Thermal characterization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex testing challenges and develop new methodologies for reliable testing of chips.
• Characterization, yield enhancement, and spec validation.
• Drive process improvements and preventative actions through root cause analysis.
