Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Senior Product Engineer for Datacenter in Santa Clara, CA. You will plan and optimize production for new GPU boards, work with NPI teams, and drive test specs and DFx for robust manufacturing.

8+ years of experience in GPU/CPU development and system architecture is required. You will collaborate across multiple engineering groups to ensure cost, quality, and schedule targets, including BOM updates and test station optimization.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in EE/CE or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong EE fundamentals; GPU/CPU development and system architecture knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with NPI teams for smooth production ramp across global sites.
• Define test requirements and optimize production line to deliver new GPU boards.
• Develop and deliver test specs for system-level manufacturing screens.
• Drive component qualifications and BOM updates.
• Collaborate with CM to optimize assembly line and test stations.
• Analyze data and perform lab experiments to solve yield and test issues.
• Lead optimization of production screen spec definition processes to minimize waste.
• Support customer-facing and quality teams during escalations.
