The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco is seeking a senior leader for System IT Strategy, Delivery, and Performance. You will shape enterprise IT strategy, translate it into measurable initiatives, and drive cross‑portfolio alignment across delivery maturity, agile coaching, and performance reporting.

This role requires 10–15+ years of enterprise change leadership in tech, with strong executive-level influence and a track record of delivering complex programs at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MPA, MS‑Organizational Change) or certification in change/strategy preferred.
• 10–15+ years leading enterprise-scale change or strategy in a tech environment.
• Experience influencing senior executives and operating in federated environments.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams supporting enterprise delivery, strategy and change.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve System IT strategic plans, enterprise outcomes and multi-year roadmaps.
• Translate strategy into measurable initiatives with portfolio priorities.
• Align business needs with System IT priorities with CIO portfolio leads.
• Ensure outcomes are measurable, reported transparently, and linked to enterprise goals.
• Establish strategy standards for consistent enterprise outcomes and alignment.
• Lead enterprise-wide vendor sourcing strategy.
• Oversee delivery maturity, risk identification, compliance and predictability across programs.
• Modernize project management methodologies and tools across the System.
• Own SIT performance reporting with executive dashboards.
• Oversee Work Orchestration Tooling (Jira, Jira Align, FedPPM, Confluence) for consistency.
• Lead Agile Center of Excellence to scale agile coaching and tooling.
• Mentor leaders across Strategy, Delivery and Performance capabilities.
• Navigate federated governance while balancing portfolio needs with enterprise priorities.
