10-15+ years leading enterprise-scale organizational change or strategy functions in a technology scope or organization.

Responsibilities

Develop and evolve System IT strategic plans, enterprise outcomes, annual operating plans, and multiyear transformation roadmaps.
Translate strategy into measurable initiatives and portfolio priorities in collaboration with portfolio leads.
Engage with CIO business portfolio leads to align business needs with System IT priorities.
Ensure strategic outcomes are measurable, reported transparently, and linked to enterprise goals and objectives.
Establish and guide strategy standards to ensure consistent enterprise outcomes, planning artifacts, and strategic alignment across System IT portfolios.
Lead enterprise-wide vendor sourcing strategy.
