Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field is required.
- 10-15+ years leading enterprise change or strategy in a technology environment.
- Experience influencing senior executives and operating in federated settings.
- Proven track record managing multidisciplinary teams across enterprise delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve System IT strategic plans, outcomes, and multiyear roadmaps.
- Translate strategy into measurable initiatives with portfolio leads.
- Ensure outcomes are measurable, transparently reported, and aligned with goals.
- Lead enterprise-wide vendor sourcing strategy and governance.
- Oversee coaching, tooling consistency, and adoption support for agile practices.
- Drive delivery maturity, risk management, and standardized project practices.
