Lead developmental programs as a System Integration Engineer, overseeing the build, verification, and delivery of military vehicle systems to customers.
Plan and manage both physical and functional integration activities by creating and maintaining prototype and mock‑up vehicle build schedules.
Develop, update, and execute prototype fabrication and build plans.
Support procurement of prototype hardware.
Initiate and manage shop work orders.
Coordinate with support engineering teams (SSE) to facilitate prototype shop operations.
Serve as the primary liaison between subsystem engineering teams and the prototype build shop.
Take ownership of vehicle‑level system integration, verification, and issue tracking/resolution.
Build and maintain a collaborative team environment across prototype mechanics, subsystem engineers, and system engineers.
Guide and support mechanics in assembling subsystems onto vehicles using engineering models and technical drawings.
Monitor the maturity of the Engineering Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure execution of the Engineering Release Plan.
Track material availability and proactively resolve “late‑to‑need” shortages.
Create and manage Engineering Problem Reports to document issues related to fabrication, installation, or functionality identified during prototype builds.
