Job summary

Teleo seeks a senior hardware integration leader to drive system-level architecture for new vehicle platforms. You will own mechanical and compute integration, environmental qualification, harness and grounding standards, validation plans, and field troubleshooting while mentoring engineers.

The role requires a strong background in harsh-environment qualification, vehicle compute and sensor integration, CAD, and BOM management across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• At least seven years of relevant engineering experience with ownership of complex hardware systems.
• Expertise in harsh-environment qualification, vehicle compute and sensor integration, harnesses, CAD, BOMs, and cross-functional decisions.
