System Float ICU RN

• Contingent – 72 hours per month
• Shifts available: Midnights

Education / Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Two to three (2–3) years of recent related clinical nursing experience in the area of practice and a demonstrated level of performance required
• Willingness to float to multiple locations
• Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans
• Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel

Certifications / Licensure Required

• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing
• Current BLS
• Current ACLS, NRP, EFM, ENPC, TNCC, NIHSS where required
• TB, vaccines (i.e., flu)
