Boston Medical Center is seeking an Executive Director, System Finance & Chief of Staff to the System CFO. This senior leader will drive the operating model for Finance, align enterprise priorities, and support executive decision-making across a complex healthcare system.

The role reports to the System CFO, leads governance, communications, and strategic initiatives, and develops leadership capability within the Finance Division. Full-time, on-site position in the Boston area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or related field with 10-12 years of leadership experience in finance or related areas.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, executive governance, organizational effectiveness, and strategic planning in a large healthcare system or complex organization.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day operating model for System Finance with governance, leadership routines, and performance management.
• Coordinate priorities across Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury, Accounting, Revenue Cycle, and related finance functions.
• Serve as primary strategic advisor and Chief of Staff to the System CFO; coordinate priorities and prepare Board materials.
