Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in culinary or related field required.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience.
• CEC from the American Culinary Federation or PC III required at time of hire.
• Ohio Department of Health Manager Certification in Food Protection within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for culinary systems across the health system.
• Oversee patient food services, retail cafeterias, and catering.
• Collaborate with Food and Nutrition Services leadership to build high-performing teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and quality of service.
