Fosters collaboration and accountability within the department and across the organization, engaging key stakeholders to develop and implement innovative programs, processes, and solutions that drive organizational priorities and sustainable results.Applies industry best practices, denoting patient and consumer experience needs and feedback, assures departmental compliance with internal policies and practices; reports to Senior Director Food and Nutrition Services. **Minimum Qualifications:****For Hire:** Bachelor’s degree in culinary or related field required; advanced degree preferred. Certified Executive Chef (CEC) from the American Culinary Federation or Professional Chef 3 (PC III) required at time of hire.
