TechR2, LLC is seeking a dedicated System Engineer 1 to join our growing team. You will support operations, maintain security standards, and ensure compliance as a technology solutions provider.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, test and manage IT assets across their lifecycle, and benefit from training and mentorship in a collaborative culture that values growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written instructions accurately.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Valid drivers license and legal ID.
• Willingness to travel and perform work on-sites 70-80%.
• Successful completion of all required background checks and drug screens.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks safely.
• Operate hand trucks (pallet jack) and palletize equipment.
• Test IT assets for specifications, functionality, and cosmetic integrity.
• Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.
• Enter data into the TechR2 Inventory Management System.
• Maintain TechR2's physical and digital security standards.
• Partner with team members and leadership to ensure operational goals are met.
• Attend and actively participate in scheduled meetings.
• Operate TechR2 fleet and rental vehicles responsibly.
• Travel and participate in on-site projects (70-80% of scheduled work time).
• Work overtime as scheduled and when business needs require.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Position Summary

As an SE1, you will play a key role in supporting operations, maintaining security standards, and ensuring compliance with our mission as a technology solutions provider. You'll strengthen client security and business performance through mission-critical work, collaborate daily with cross-functional teams, and test, track, and manage IT assets across their full lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

• Material handling tasks include safely loading and unloading trucks.
