TechR2, LLC is seeking a dedicated System Engineer 1 to join our growing team in Ohio. You will support operations, maintain security standards, and ensure compliance while strengthening client security and business performance through critical work.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage IT assets across their full lifecycle, with hands-on growth, mentorship, and a culture that values curiosity and accountability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written instructions accurately.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and legal ID; ability to travel 70-80% on-site.

Responsibilities

• Material handling tasks include safely loading and unloading trucks.
• Operate hand trucks (pallet jack) and palletize equipment for transport and storage.
• Test IT assets for specifications, functionality, and cosmetic integrity.
• Prepare and maintain reports using Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.
• Accurately enter data into the TechR2 Inventory Management System.
• Maintain TechR2's physical and digital security standards.
• Partner with team members and leadership to meet operational goals.
• Attend and participate in scheduled meetings.
• Operate TechR2 fleet and rental vehicles responsibly.
• Travel and participate in on-site projects (70-80% of scheduled work time).
• Work overtime as scheduled and when business needs require.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
