Job summary

CompQsoft Inc in San Diego, CA seeks a System Engineer with an active TS/SCI or eligible clearance to lead secure, full-lifecycle software development across containerized, VM, and cloud-based architectures. The role requires Agile delivery, DevSecOps automation, and experience with interoperable DDIL, afloat and ashore PaaS environments.

Qualified candidates will have extensive DoD pipeline experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to navigate multi-domain security contexts

• 7+ years in full-lifecycle software development for containerized, VM, and cloud-based architectures across multiple security domains (U, S, TS) using Agile.
• 4+ years applying DevSecOps with automated security tools (SAST/DAST/SCA/container scanners) as CI/CD gates in highly regulated DoD pipelines (e.g., OSA).
• 3+ years engineering and troubleshooting interoperable systems in DDIL, afloat, and ashore PaaS environments (e.g., Navy ACS, USMC CHE, FVEY architectures).
