Job summary

CompQsoft in San Diego, CA seeks a seasoned systems engineer and enterprise administrator to sustain complex environments. You will contribute to system architecture, requirements traceability, and secure operations using Agile methods across Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.

Candidates should hold active TS/SCI or be eligible with Tier 5 and meet DoD 8140 Intermediate proficiency; eligibility for privileged access is required.

Job description

Experience focus:

• 3 years in systems engineering and continuous software sustainment, including architecture, requirements traceability, system integration, and operational sustainment using Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) in secure environments.
• 2 years recent (last 5) enterprise server administration (Linux & Windows) with scalable virtualized environments (e.g., vSphere, AWS), continuous monitoring, and strong DISA STIG compliance.
• Must meet DoD 8140 '451 -- System Administrator' Intermediate Proficiency requirements and remain eligible for privileged/admin access.

Requirements

Clearance:Active TS/SCI or TS/SCI-eligible with Tier 5 at time of proposal.
