Job summary

CompQsoft, Inc. seeks an experienced Systems Administrator to join a secure, DoD-focused program in the United States. You will support system engineering, architecture, traceability, and integration to sustain critical mission systems.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance or eligibility with Tier 5 and the ability to obtain privileged/admin access in a controlled environment. Strong compliance and secure operations experience are essential.

Job description

Experience focus:

• 3+ years in systems engineering and continuous software sustainment, including architecture, requirements traceability, system integration, and operational sustainment using Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) in secure environments.
• 2+ years recent (last 5) enterprise server administration (Linux & Windows) with scalable virtualized environments (e.g., vSphere, AWS), continuous monitoring, and strong DISA STIG compliance.
• Must meet DoD 8140 ‘451 – System Administrator’ Intermediate Proficiency requirements and remain eligible for privileged/admin access.

Requirements

Clearance: Active TS/SCI or TS/SCI-eligible with Tier 5 at time of proposal.
